namtool ("we", "our", "the app") is an AI-powered marketing automation tool that helps businesses manage and run advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other platforms. We are operated by Seroware Ltd.

Waitlist. If you join the early-access waitlist at namtool.com/early-access, we collect the details you submit: email address, optional name, business type, whether you run Meta ads, optional ad budget band, optional marketing feedback, and any UTM campaign parameters from the link you used. We do not collect payment or connected-account data through the waitlist form.
namtool app. You choose which accounts to connect. Every integration below is optional, and you can disconnect any of them at any time — we stop collecting that data when you do.
If you subscribe to namtool, your payment is handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your card details.
When you join the waitlist, we store your details in Loops (loops.so), our email platform, so we can send you waitlist updates, build notes, and your invite when ready. Loops acts as our processor for this data.
We send these emails because you asked to join the waitlist. Each email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove your waitlist data at any time by emailing privacy@namtool.com.
Waitlist data is used to prioritise invites, understand who is interested in namtool, and improve the product before launch. We do not sell waitlist data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Our website may use cookies for analytics and ads measurement (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel). You can accept or reject non-essential cookies via the banner on the site. See section 4 for how app data is used.
We use your data solely to provide the namtool service:
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising our own products, or share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (our hosting, database, storage and AI providers).
Data obtained through Meta's APIs is used only to provide features within namtool. We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Specifically:
Waitlist contacts are kept until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete your data, or no longer need an invite. App data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time — see the Data Deletion page. Upon deletion we remove all access tokens, account IDs, and associated content from our systems within 30 days.
If a public authority asks us for personal data we hold, we do not disclose it automatically. A director of Seroware Ltd reviews whether the request is legally valid and limited to what is necessary. We disclose only what the law requires, challenge requests that are unlawful or overbroad, and keep an internal record of the request and our response, unless the law forbids us from doing so.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@namtool.com or use the data deletion page linked above.
We store data on servers within the EU/UK. Access tokens and API credentials are stored in encrypted form. Media is stored in private, access-controlled storage.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of namtool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
